Cookie Notice

Last updated 26 October 2026.

This notice says what the Kojora site stores in your browser. The Privacy Policy covers personal information more broadly. Customers do not need an account, and the public pages do not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Staff sign-in cookies

When a member of staff signs in to operations, our authentication provider (Supabase) sets cookies so the session stays signed in. Those cookies are HTTP-only, which means page scripts cannot read them. They use SameSite=Lax. In production they are marked secure, so the browser sends them on encrypted connections.

The cookie names depend on the authentication project. They exist to keep an authorised staff member signed in. They are not used to advertise, and they are not set for a customer who only tracks a shipment or sends a delivery request.

The cookies end when the staff member signs out or the session ends.

What we do not use

On this site we do not use:

  • advertising cookies
  • analytics or audience-measurement cookies
  • a cookie banner that asks you to accept tracking, because that tracking is not present
  • browser local storage or session storage to remember a customer profile

Map tiles

When you open a map, your browser requests images from a tile service. Depending on the map style, that request goes to CARTO, OpenStreetMap’s tile hosts, or Esri. The provider receives your IP address and the map area. That is a network request from your browser. It is not a Kojora advertising cookie. Their own privacy terms apply to that request.

Rate limiting

Tracking lookups, delivery requests, and staff sign-in attempts are limited by a hash of the network address. That hash is stored on our server for about two days. It is not a cookie, and the plain network address is not kept for this purpose.

How to control cookies

You can block cookies in your browser. If you block the staff sign-in cookies, operations sign-in will not stay active. Blocking cookies does not change customer tracking or the delivery request form, because those pages do not rely on a cookie.
