Terms of Use
Last updated 26 October 2026.
These terms cover the Kojora website, delivery requests, and shipment tracking. A freight shipment that Kojora confirms is also covered by the Conditions of Carriage. If those conditions and these terms differ on a confirmed shipment, the Conditions of Carriage apply to that shipment.
Kojora Group of Companies Limited (“Kojora”, “we”, and “us”) arranges freight delivery and provides shipment tracking at www.kojoragroup.com.
Using the site
By using www.kojoragroup.com, sending a delivery request, or looking up a tracking code, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you use the site for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.
The site is for arranging and following freight with Kojora. It is not a public marketplace, and customers do not create an account to track a shipment.
A request is a request
The form at /contact asks Kojora to contact you about a possible delivery. Sending it does not reserve a vehicle, confirm a price, or create a contract of carriage. Kojora will follow up. Kojora may decline a request.
A shipment exists when Kojora confirms the goods, the route, the price, and any other conditions for that job. That confirmation may be in writing, by email, or by a message you and Kojora both keep. The Conditions of Carriage then apply, together with anything that confirmation states for that job.
Preview shipments
The home page shows sample shipments so you can see the tracking layout. They are labelled as previews. The sample code 7F3K9Q2 opens a preview shipment. A preview is not your cargo, it is not a live vehicle, and it creates no contract.
Tracking codes
When a shipment is arranged, Kojora can issue separate codes for the goods owner, the driver, and the receiver. Keep the code you receive private. Anyone who has the owner code can see the customer tracking view for that shipment.
Use a code only if Kojora gave it to you or the person who holds it authorised you to use it. Tell us if a code is lost or shared with the wrong person, and we can revoke it. Codes expire. Unless a different period was set, that period is 30 days. An expired or revoked code will not open the shipment.
Too many failed lookups from the same network are blocked for a short time. That block is there to protect customers.
What tracking shows
Tracking shows the latest status and location Kojora has on record, and the route saved for that shipment. A location may have been entered by staff, sent with a driver code, or received from a tracker if one is connected. It may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. The page shows the time context we have for that update.
An arrival time on the page is an indication. Road, weather, security, and operational conditions change it. Check with Kojora before you rely on the page for a time-critical decision. The map is a guide to the recorded point. It is not a warranty of where the vehicle is at the moment you look.
If tracking is unavailable, the shipment can still be moving. Contact Kojora with your shipment reference or the phone number you gave us.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will:
- give accurate contact and shipment information
- use tracking codes only for a shipment you are allowed to follow
- keep staff sign-in details private if you are a member of staff
- avoid probing, scraping, overloading, or attempting to break the site or the tracking lookup
- avoid using the site to send unlawful goods, to harass staff, or to interfere with another person’s shipment
We may refuse a request, revoke a code, or block access that breaks these terms or puts people, goods, or the service at risk.
Operations staff
The operations area is only for people Kojora has authorised. Staff sign in with an email address and password. Staff must record shipment information honestly, use customer and driver information only for Kojora’s work, and sign out on a shared device. Sharing a staff password, or using a staff account to look at a shipment you do not need for your work, is a breach of these terms.
Kojora’s material
The Kojora name, logo, page design, and text on this site belong to Kojora or its licensors. You may use the site to request and follow a shipment. You may not copy the brand or the site for your own service. Map data and map images belong to their providers, including OpenStreetMap contributors, CARTO, and Esri, and remain subject to those providers’ terms.
Availability
We work to keep the site available, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Maintenance, hosting, network conditions, and abuse-prevention limits can interrupt tracking. An interruption of the website does not, by itself, cancel a confirmed shipment.
Liability for the website
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria do not allow us to limit or exclude. Your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 remain in place where that Act applies to you.
The website and tracking page are information tools. Subject to the paragraph above, Kojora is not liable for loss caused by relying on a preview shipment, a delayed location, or an unavailable page, or for indirect loss such as lost profit, a lost contract, or loss of business, where the law allows that limit. Loss of or damage to goods on a confirmed shipment is covered by the Conditions of Carriage, not by this website clause.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the date. The version on the page applies to your use of the website from that date. A shipment that was already confirmed keeps the carriage terms in force when it was confirmed, unless you and Kojora agree a change.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Nigeria can hear a dispute. This does not take away a right a consumer has to bring a claim in a court or before a regulator the law allows, including the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
