Contact Kojora first and include the shipment reference if you have one. We will look into it.

You can also:
- complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission about personal information, at ndpc.gov.ng
- complain to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission about a consumer service, at fccpc.gov.ng
Contacting Kojora first does not remove those rights. Claims about goods are described in the Conditions of Carriage.
